These SMS Terms govern the transactional text messaging program operated by Maxwell, Tassini & Gardner LLC (“Maxwell, Tassini & Gardner,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive call- and case-related SMS/text alerts from Maxwell, Tassini & Gardner LLC. Typical messages include attorney notifications when someone calls the Firm’s intake line and other transactional alerts related to intake or an existing matter. This program is for service and case communications only.
Consent Is to the Firm
Your consent to receive SMS messages is given specifically to Maxwell, Tassini & Gardner LLC. Consent is not provided to affiliates, lead generators, or other unrelated third parties for their own messaging or marketing.
Not a Marketing Affiliate Program
This is not a marketing blast program and not a marketing affiliate or lead-generation program. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on call and case activity. You may receive messages when relevant intake or case events occur.

How to Opt Out (STOP) and Get Help (HELP)
- Text STOP to cancel SMS messages from the Firm. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive program texts unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers / Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and your device settings.
Privacy
Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may share information with service providers who help operate the Firm and messaging (carriers, call-intake, contracted AI/communications platforms) solely to provide services to the Firm—not for those providers’ own marketing.
