David Adams Gardner
David is a trial attorney and practices mainly in the State courts of New Jersey representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. The majority of the Mr. Gardner’s work derives from automobile collisions, including car crashes, car accidents, pedestrians hit by a car, bicyclists hit by a car, truck accidents, motor vehicle accidents and bus accidents. David is fluent in Spanish.
Philosophy
David is proud to represent the underdog against a well-established defense bar and insurance industry that repeatedly pigeon-holes injured claimants, raising defenses and suggesting to juries that their claims are baseless and, thus, not worthy of fair compensation all in order to produce the greatest profit margin for their industry.
Professional Bio
After law school, David Served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward F. Neafsey, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. David had the unique opportunity to serve as a law clerk under a judge in the Civil Division and the Criminal Division as his clerkship straddled the judge’s reassignment from civil to criminal parts. David left his clerkship and immediately went into private practice representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters.
David Graduated from the Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, having completed a course of legal study in comparative intellectual property and privacy law at the Catholic University of Leuven in Leuven, Belgium and the National University of Ireland in Galway, County Claire, Ireland. Also during his law school career, David completed a course of legal study at the Inter American Court of Human Rights studying Human Rights law in the Americas at the National University of Costa Rica in Herredia, Costa Rica.
For undergrad, David attended the University of Colorado in Boulder. David is a life-long surfer and loves the world’s mountains and oceans; he has travelled the world surfing.
